Are you tired of postponing your bathroom renovation because you’re afraid of going overbudget, neglecting good construction standards, having to reduce the quality of materials or give up that custom piece of furniture for a result that is close to what you would like?
The problem is that you are not being accompanied by a team with experience in the execution and with the capacity to advise where to optimize every penny to know for sure where you should spend to have the bathroom of your dreams, which will not give you any problems in the future for having skipped any major renovation steps.
In this project, the goal was to give the couple a remodeling that would improve their quality of life, to provide furniture that met their individual needs and had the same alignment of the rest of the decoration, without giving up the renovation of the drainage and water supply network.
This is why we chose to reduce the cost of the work by not placing ceramic tiles in the total area of the walls, in order to be able to save up to create a custom piece of furniture.
The wall color chosen was 9010 to improve the perception of thermal comfort and the ceramic was aligned with the stucco notch.
The hood was placed to reduce humidity due to condensation and the drywall ceiling allowed the placement of the spotlight and the execution of an air box that improves the thermal comfort of the space. In this way, we didn’t have to spend part of the budget on plastering and treating the existing moisture in the ceiling and surrounding area previously.
We were very pleased with the end result and with meeting the expectations of this wonderful couple.
